Earn points every time you purchase tickers or concessions at Reel Mountain... It's easy!

1. Pick up your Reel Fan Club Card in the theater lobby ($1 for each new or replacement card).
2. Present your card every time you make a purchase, and we'll credit your account with earned points.
3. When you have earned rewards -We'll let you know what you can choose from, Get ready to hear: "Would you like to redeem your FREE movie ticket today?"

There's nothing to collect or keep track of- bring your card in and we'll offer you free stuff every time you reach a new level.

Check your balance and rewards anytime you visit Reel Mountain. Signing up for the Reel Fan Club Reward card also enrolls you in our club, with a weekly newsletter announcing upcoming films, sneak previews just for reel fan club members, promotions and more! Even if you just get the newsletter, every few weeks there will be a FREEBIE coupon attached.

Reward cards must be registered to earn points. A maximum of 40 points will be awarded per card, per day. One point will be awarded for each dollar spent on tickets or concession items (Gift cards, Rocky Card, special items excluded). Reel Mountain Theater reserves the right to modify or cancel the Reel Fan Reward Card program at any time without notice. Rewards may only be redeemed by the registered card owner. Discounted merchandise does not count toward reward points, employees not eligible.

How much do I have to spend to earn  a point?
Every dollar you spend adds a point to your account.

Can anyone use my card?
Each person should have their own card. This will protect you if someone finds your card and tries to redeem the rewards. We register the card to you when you sign up, and rewards can only redeemed by the person who's name appears on the initial registration. Only one person can be registered on a card. (Get your own card! If your date forgets their card and they're paying, present your card and get the points... It pays to keep it with you)

I don't eat popcorn. Can I get a candy instead?
Unfortunately we can not make substitutions of rewards. Fortunately, you are not forced to take a reward, and you can wait to redeem it until you're on a date with the world's biggest popcorn fan.

When I came to see a movie, you asked if I wanted to use a free pass, and I didn't. Do I lose the ticket reward?
No! Rewards accumulate on your account and you can choose when to redeem them. Go ahead and accumulate tickets so you can bring the whole family in. We will let you know what rewards are available when you present your card.

What's the real reason Reel Mountain is doing this giveaway?
First, to say thanks to our customers for their continued support. Also, to promote the Reel Fan Club, and the weekly newsletter that keeps you in the loop with our theater. Many customers comment that movies come and go before they know what's showing! Our club offers a way to see what you want, and for us to say thanks for choosing our theater.

I don't need another card in my wallet! Can you just remember my face?
We do love our customers, but we aren't that good with names. If you want to earn points, you have to show your card.

I forgot my card, can we add the points later?
No. That request would require voiding your original sale and then re-entering it, after the deposit has closed and, well- hopefully you can understand why we can not do that.

I lost my card!
Relax. We'll provide a replacement card for $1, and transfer any points in that you had on the original account, which will be closed.

Can we consolidate the points on several cards to earn the level 12 prize- a night at the movies?
No can do.

Why does the card cost a dollar?
The card costs money to print, and since some people pick things up with no intention of using them, perhaps for the novelty- we're trying to control the cost of the program. Since you have read this far and shown a real interest, when you come in, ask if we can waive the fee, and your chances are pretty good! Replacement card fees are not negotiable.
