Online Ticketing
Reel Mountain Theater - Estes Park, Colorado

  Why buy tickets on-line?
Purchasing tickets on-line guarantees you a seat for the show and time you want.
Seat selection will depend on how early you arrive for a busy show, but this will eliminate a trip to the theater to pre-purchase tickets.

Online ticketing procedure

1. Read and agree to these ticketing terms. Every term affects your purchase.
2. Select the show date, time and class of ticket.
3. Enter your Visa, Mastercard or Discover information, and purchase your tickets online (now you're guaranteed a seat).
4. Bring the credit card you used to purchase the tickets to the theater box office; we recommend also bringing the receipt in case of technical error.
5. Present your credit card at our box office to claim your tickets and be admitted.

  Purchase Terms

A service fee of $.50 per ticket will be added to online ticket purchases.

Purchasing tickets on-line guarantees a seat in the theater, but not the location of the seat. The amount of time that you arrive at the theater ahead of the show will determine the order that you are seated as well as your seat location. Most busy or sell out crowds will begin to form lines 40-50 minutes ahead of the show time.

The email confirmation you receive is not a ticket. You must claim your tickets at the box office to be admitted.

You must present either the credit card used for purchase or a printed copy of the email confirmation to pick up your tickets.
We are not able to look up tickets by name.

Although anyone may purchase tickets on-line, when you pick your tickets up at our box office, you must meet the rating and class guidelines (R rating = 17 years old, etc).
Regular ticket classes: Adult = 12-54 years old     Senior = 55+ years old    Child = 3-11 years old

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time.

Acknowledgement

I've read and accept the above terms and I understand that once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time.
I will carefully review the date and time information to ensure that I am buying the correct tickets.
I will bring either the credit card I am about to use or a printed copy of the confirmation email I will receive.
I understand that these are general admission tickets and the location of seats is determined by when I arrive at the theater.
